MICROSOFT INTUNE

Device Management with Intune can be done by Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM) or a combination of both.

MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT (MDM)

Devices can be enrolled with Intune and administrators have full control over these devices including deployment and configuration of apps, prevent the use of personal devices to access company data and remotely wipe data in the event of the device being lost or stolen.

MOBILE APPLICATION MANAGEMENT (MAM)

Allow users to access company data and services on existing personal devices without having to enroll the device. Administrators can target policies to specific applications and enforce additional security before those applications can be used for company data. As with MDM, administrators can still remove company data remotely should the device be lost or stolen.

When opening an app, such as email or SharePoint, users are prompted for additional authentication. If a device is ever lost or stolen, you can remove all business data from the device.

You can also use a combination of MDM and MAM together.

COMPLIANCE

Mark devices as compliant based on custom policies including factors such as minimum OS version, enabled security locks, storage encryption. Compliance status can also be used in Conditional Access policies for granting or blocking access to cloud services.

Manage devices

When you’re ready to get started with Device Management, we can help setup Intune, create policies for MDM and MAM and help you enroll devices.
